We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our awesome marketing team!

As a Digital Marketing Officer at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the company’s digital marketing activities. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important to our company’s success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels.

Duties & Responsibilities

Implement and manage digital marketing activities.

Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels.

Measure ROI and KPIs Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget

Oversee all the company’s social media accounts Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content

Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports Build an inbound marketing plan.

Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana and Olapic.

Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organization and brand Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms undertake audience research.

Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.

Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.

Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity, analyze competitor activity, recommend improvements to increase performance.

Skills & Experience

2 to 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Officer

2 years of experience in implementing and managing digital marketing activities

Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

2 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills
